This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you (the "User") and The Mars Project ("Licensor").
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
© 2024 The Mars Project. All rights reserved. The content, software, and graphics in this app are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without explicit permission from the Licensor.
You may not:
The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights.
This license will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
The courts of Heilbronn, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
